BJ Murphyis know as one of the Priemere morning radio talents in Urban radio. He is a 30 year veteran in the radio industry.
BJ has been on air in Chicago at V-103, Dallas- Ft-Worth TX at KRNB, WPEG in Charlotte , WPGC Washington DC, WXYV in
Baltimore, KPRS Kansas City and many other stations in both North and South Carolina.
In 2004 Superadio rolled out he Nationally Syndicated BJ Murphy Show originating in Dallas Tx. His show was positioned as the
younger version of the legendary Nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show .
BJ grew up in Eastern North Carolina surrounded by a great family which gave him alot of personal stories to share with his
audience.
"I have been blessed to work with some of the greatest minds in the radio business". Ever since the 10th grade I have been in
love with radio, and now working with the new tecnology as radio continues to evolve with the digital age".
BJ Murphy has has won many awards:

BillBoard Radio Magazines Number one up and coming Morning show in 2002 "Air Personality of the Year Black Radio Programmers 1992.

She is the President of the Brady Campaign Against Gun violence for the Barnwell County Chapter. She has been in management for over 10 years and also has a degree in Business from Miller Motte School of Business, Wilmington, NC. After getting involved with the community youth she is now certified through CASA in advocating for abused children and adults. In her spare time she love to travel, and mentor youth. She has a passion for children helping people.
