R.S. BROWN

 

R.S. Brown is the youngest of three children. He attended Collins K-8 School. At age ten, R.S. won a local radio contest and was invited to visit the radio station. This moment had a huge impact on Rudolph; it was then when he found his voice and fell in-love with the world of radio talk shows. At Collins K-8, Rudolph led the school’s morning show and this is where he was introduced to Sister Mary Kingcannon. Sister Mary Kingcannon invited R.S. to be a youth correspondent on her radio program on WKZK 103.7. R.S. Brown’s career in radio was quickly taking flight... Another pivotal introduction was made when R.S. had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Helen Blocker-Adams, whom was immediately inspired by R.S Brown's charismatic personality and his ability to stand-out among a crowd.

After working with Mrs. Blocker-Adams, R.S. would later move to Shout 94.7, where he has grown and built a strong career in broadcasting, accompanied by his receiving awards for being a positive young leader. Now R.S. is the host of the both radio and Television show, “Real Talk with Youth Show. This airs on Shout 94.7 radio and America SSC, CW Augusta.  

R.S. currently attends Richmond County Technical Career Magnet School, and Augusta Technical College, where he is a member of the inaugural class of the school which is making history in how education will be transformed in the future. If you ask R.S. what is his motivation, R.S. say, “Faith is the key to true living.”
