Audio materials must be submitted in one of the following formats: WAV, MP3, or WMA. (for proprietary formats – please consult with WAAW).

Audio materials may be submitted on the following media: Audio CD, Data DVD, Flash Drives, Compact Flash Drives and other various memory cards.Large files can be submitted through a third party “FTP” service such as “YOUSENDIT” (www.yousendit.com).

WAAW is not responsible for maintaining previously submitted recordings on file. While we normally keep a record of each client’s audio submissions, when a client want to replay an earlier file (sermon, etc.), the client is responsible for submitting that file again to WAAW.
